Forgot your password or do you wish to get a new password?

To reset your password, please type in the email address that you use for your account. You get an E-Mail with an URL, where you can easily create a new password. Note that your old password will remain active until you create a new password.

I cannot log in even though I have a password. What now?

To log into the system and work, JavaScript (JS) must be activated in your browser (e.g. Security settings in Internet Explorer (IE) maximum on medium protection) and cookies allowed be. Otherwise the login will fail.

I forgot my email address. What now?

Your registered email address is the one to which you receive messages from us.

I have forgotten my password. What now?

To reset your password, click on the link "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and login name that you use for your account or with which you are registered on the platform. You will receive a separate email with a link for this. Click on the link. You can reassign your password on the page called up.

I forgot my login name. What now?

If you have forgotten your login name, click on the "Forgot your login name?". Enter your e-mail address that you use for your account or with which you are registered on the platform. You will then receive an e-mail with your login name.

I have not received an email to set up a new password. What now?

Then first look in the "Spam" folder (sometimes also called "Junk" folder) of your mailbox, whether the e-mail ended up there accidentally. Otherwise you can also check (or your ask your e-mail provider) if your inbox might be so full that no new messages can be received.

My e-mail address is out of date. What now?

To register, simply use the outdated e-mail address as usual. As soon as you are logged in, you can update your e-mail address under "My data".

Is my browser still up to date?

Please ensure that you are using a current version of your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome). You can also try whether the problem does not occur when you use a different browser.
